The NPE-4818 delivers both data and electrical power to Ethernet-enabled devices using a single Ethernet cable. NPE-4818 PoE is 802.3af compatible. It offers 48V/0.375A power supply with standard pin definition of Ethernet cable. Pin#1,2,3 and 6 with data transmission; pin # 4,5,7 and 8 with power enabled to device. The NPE-4818 PoE generates safe power over category 5 cabling. By sending 48V, Ethernet terminals such as wireless LAN access point, IP phone, and web camera are powered remotely. It is especially design for outdoor networking facility and low port density installations.
