Optical Fiber Identifier TW3306B este un instrument esential pentru instalare si mentenanta. Prin introducerea de fibre īn capul adaptor , se poate identifica fibre optice SM fara sa le afecteze prin detectarea semnalelor optice transmise prin intermediul lor, astfel īncāt sa se evite deschiderea de fibre de la punctul de īmbinare(enclosure) pentru identificare si a evita astfel īntreruperea serviciului. Īn prezenta traficului, un ton intermitent sonor este activat. TW3306B -identificatorul permite, de asemenea, afisarea de putere relativa si de identificare a frecventelor 270Hz, 1kHz si 2kHz.
